How to Book

Worsall Village Hall may be hired in the daytime or evening for a variety of events

 

  • Clubs, societies, sports groups and classes that want a location to hold regular weekly or monthly meetings 

  • Special Celebrations 

  • One-off bookings for societies, groups, individuals and businesses

How to make a Booking

 

All enquiries, requests for pricing information and booking requests are preferred by email and should be addressed to our Bookings Secretary who can be contacted

Hiring Agreement 

 

All hirers of Worsall Village Hall will be asked to complete and sign a Hiring Agreement document, which sets out the Hirer’s contact details; the date and times of the hall hire; the rooms, facilities and equipment to be hired; and the agreed letting fee.

Having entered your contact details and hire requirements, send it to our Booking Secretary, who will check availability and inform you of the hire charge.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

 

By signing a Hiring Agreement, hirers agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Hire.  A copy of the Terms and Conditions of Hire may be downloaded here.

 

Viewing, Setting Up, and Clearing Up

 

Worsall Village Hall is managed and operated by unpaid volunteers from the local community.  No full-time paid staff are employed.  We therefore thank you for your understanding when making arrangements to view the hall, to set up equipment and clearing up after your hire.  All hirers are asked to leave the hall as they find it and to take away all rubbish and empty bottles.
